Prime Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day):
$350 per night for up to six people, with a 3-day minimum. $25 per extra person above six. Rates are subject to local tax of 7.5%.
Shoulder Season (April 1 to, but not including, Memorial Day weekend and post-Labor Day to October 15): $200 per night plus $25 per extra person above six. Rent 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE.
Maximum occupants per night is ten, including children. Larger groups allowed with special permission. Pets allowed with $10/day additional fee per pet.
Reservations/Homer Alaska Vacation: Reservations are no longer being taken as the property is now for sale.
Deposit: To confirm a reservation, a 1/3rd deposit must be received within 7 days of the date the reservation was made. The balance is to be paid 60
days before arrival. We accept credit card, check or cash.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in will receive a refund based on re-rental of the vacation home.
